sorry for this late response to our trip which ended last week Friday in Entebbe.
We made it a point to provide you with a honest feedback about our one week trip through Uganda.
I would also kindly ask you to forward this feedback to our driver and guide Fred.
Absolutely everything went perfect - on time and on schedule –from the start right to the very end.
You did a very good job with all your arrangements – perfect and efficient.
Accommodations were nice and clean and the meals which were provided were of a very good standard.
We truly enjoyed every day and minute of our tour.
Our driver and guide Fred did an excellent job. Not only that he is a very good and save driver, but he is also an excellent guide – always friendly, polite and extremely knowledgable. He has always been around, very helpful and determined to make our trip a pleasant one. Fred must surely be a valuable asset to your company.
The highlight was of course the Gorilla tracking. The hike took a lot out of us, but the sight of the family of Gorillas rewarded us fully and our appreciation goes to the guides, Police men and porters in Bwindi. This day in the forest was surely a “one in a life time event” for both of us.
So, all in all not one negative comment from both of us – job well done to all of you and especially to our friend Fred.
P.S.: If Fred needs some more help with the laptop which I left with him, please let me know. I found that I have an English Windows XP installation CD here at home and if needed I will mail it to you.
One more many thanks and with best regards
