Our Guarantee

Of course official registrations with authorities, past achievements and happy clients are not a guarantee for the future!

To make sure that you are safe booking with us, we offer the following payment scheme:

• Paying for the tour is made upon arrival (i.e. no advance payments)
• Payments for gorilla permits have to be done directly at booking. The organizations in Uganda/Rwanda do not accept booking without payments!
• You pay the money for the permits to our account and we will purchase the permits.
• We will let you know when the money arrives and also about the buying of the permits.
• If no permits were available, you can cancel the tour and we will refund any money you paid.
• Exceptions: for Luxury Tours we have to book lodges and hotels so we have to ask for a 50% advance payment for these tours
• Chimp Walks (primate viewing) also have to be paid in advance (90$ per person and it is not refundable upon cancelling the tour)
